Automotive Service Porter

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver to help manage service stalling in our parking lot by picking up customer vehicles, upholding car dealership display standards, cleaning cars, and handling customer service requests in the showroom and service areas.

Our ideal candidate will maintain a professional appearance and greet customers with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Help move vehicles throughout the car dealership property as directed by the service advisor or service department technicians
• Move vehicles from the service drive and ensure they are ready for customers to pick up
• Maintain a professional attitude and greet customers with a smile
• Work with service advisors to keep track of key tags, clean cars, drive vehicles from service stalls, follow dealership display standards, field customer requests, and perform other assigned duties
• Assure the lot is clean and orderly

Requirements

• Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Communication and customer service skills are essential
• Completion of mandatory drug and background check before employment
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record are a must
