Automotive Service Porter

What We’re Looking For:

The Service Porter role is instrumental to our store’s fast-paced service operations. Duties include cleaning customer vehicles, maintaining smooth traffic flow in service drive, and reporting to the service manager for daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch service in a timely manner
• Complete vehicles within allotted time frame
• Establish delivery procedures
• Get vehicles through the shop prepped for photos in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Must be open to learning and being coached
• High ethical standards and strong attention to details
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
• Able to prioritize tasks and have good time management skills
• Most importantly, must be a team player with a good attitude and not be afraid to smile!
• Valid driver’s license
