About the role
Manage all aspects of the tire service department including customer service, inventory management, and repair operations. Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of tires and related products
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
