About the role
Manage all aspects of the tire service department including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities

- Manage customer service interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
