About the role

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and motivate a service team. This position offers competitive pay, unlimited commissions, and a variety of benefits.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly manner. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. - Coordinate the workflow of technicians. - Recommend and sell necessary tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.

Requirements

- 10+ years of sales, operations, or management experience, preferably in the automotive industry. - Excellent communication and sales skills. - Automotive experience in direct repair, diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance. - ASE certification preferred. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Good computer and phone skills. - Flexible scheduling, including weekends. - Background check required. - Valid driver’s license.
