Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and create a world-class service experience.
- Establish, monitor, and achieve monthly sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
- Oversee daily service department operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
- Maintain efficient shop processes while ensuring repairs are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the Parts and Sales departments to maximize dealership performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, dealership policies, and safety procedures.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding communication and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Service Management experience is required.
- Nissan dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop successful teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of service department operations and financial performance.
- Results-driven with a proven history of setting and achieving monthly goals.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
