About the role

Scott Clark Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to assist clients with vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prioritize tasks, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, sell, and document service, maintenance, and repair work for customers
  • Prioritize and manage tasks according to a set process
  • Show genuine care for customers during vehicle service
  • Present information and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and estimates for service orders
  • Document service concerns and advise customers on necessary and suggested services
  • Participate in required training and meet dealership standards for repair and order production
  • Operate service scheduling software (optional)
  • Adhere to professional appearance and communication standards
