About the role
Scott Clark Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to assist clients with vehicle maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prioritize tasks, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Identify, sell, and document service, maintenance, and repair work for customers
- Prioritize and manage tasks according to a set process
- Show genuine care for customers during vehicle service
- Present information and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and estimates for service orders
- Document service concerns and advise customers on necessary and suggested services
- Participate in required training and meet dealership standards for repair and order production
- Operate service scheduling software (optional)
- Adhere to professional appearance and communication standards
Requirements
