Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process professionally
- Perform a walk-around of the vehicle to gather necessary information
- Listen to customer concerns to better understand vehicle issues
- Facilitate communication between customers and technicians during repairs
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle repair or service experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous service advisor experience preferred
