About the Role

Porsche Westwood, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking passionate Quality Automotive Service Advisors to join our state-of-the-art facility. As a Service Advisor, you will interact with customers throughout the day, providing exceptional service in a high-volume dealership representing a premium automotive brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service recommendations.
• Achieve targeted performance and sales goals.
• Utilize basic computer skills to manage service records and customer interactions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while building strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a commission-based, goal-driven environment.

Pay

This position is wholly commission-based, with expected monthly compensation ranging from $6,250 to $12,500, depending on individual performance and market conditions.
