Responsibilities
- VinSolutions (CRM) data entry
- Sold order tracking and logging, with follow-up
- Qualifying and vetting requests for quotes
- Quoting directly to members of the group after proper training
- Congnidering and scheduling off-site deliveries
- Locating and confirming available inventory at each location
Qualifications
- Sales, BDC, or Customer Service skills preferred
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Goal-oriented and career-focused
Skills
- Knowledge of VinSolutions not required but favored
- Knowledge of Reynolds/Reynolds not required but favored
Physical Requirements
- Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions
- Regular standing, walking, talking, hearing, and sitting
- Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision
