About the role
The Automotive Senior Sales Assistant is a fast-track position to becoming a Desk Manager within the LaFontaine Automotive Group. This role requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- VinSolutions (CRM) data entry
- Sold order tracking and logging
- Follow up on sold orders
- Qualifying and vetting requests for quotes
- Quoting directly to members of the group after proper training
- Congnidering and scheduling off-site deliveries
- Locating and confirming available inventory at each location
Requirements
- Sales/BDC/Customer Service skills preferred
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Goal/career-oriented
