About the role

The Automotive Senior Sales Assistant is a fast-track position to becoming a Desk Manager within the LaFontaine Automotive Group. This role requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • VinSolutions (CRM) data entry
  • Sold order tracking and logging
  • Follow up on sold orders
  • Qualifying and vetting requests for quotes
  • Quoting directly to members of the group after proper training
  • Congnidering and scheduling off-site deliveries
  • Locating and confirming available inventory at each location

Requirements

  • Sales/BDC/Customer Service skills preferred
  • Highly organized and process-driven
  • Goal/career-oriented

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of VinSolutions not a requirement but favored
  • Knowledge of Reynolds/Reynolds not a requirement but favored
