Responsibilities

• Assist guests with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and overall experience.
• Provide clear, transparent options to help guests make well-informed decisions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure every guest—whether purchasing or not—has an unparalleled experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and passionate personality.
• Commitment to transparency and integrity.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and celebrate small successes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet sales quotas per dealership standards.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.

Pay

$50,000 – $80,000+ per year.
