Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Use excellent communication and listening skills to help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms that meet their lifestyle and budget.
• Drive customer loyalty by following up to ensure their experience is top-notch and helping transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• A valid driver's license and an acceptable and clean driving record.
