Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey.
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent and friendly follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web leads, phone leads, in-store leads).
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships.
• Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
