Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive products and services
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Provide information on available vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership

Pay
Pay : We offer a very competitive base plus commission pay plan for our Salespeople. Base pay is paid semi monthly and any bonuses or commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month.
