Automotive Salesperson
About the role
Nielsen Chevrolet is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team. No automotive sales experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, restaurants, customer service, wireless sales, hospitality, or anyone looking for a better long-term career path.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, texts, and showroom customers
- Learn our sales process from start to finish
- Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Work with managers and finance to help customers complete their purchase
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Willingness to learn and follow a process
- Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Qualifications
Base salary plus commission
Paid training — no experience required
