Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment.
• Use excellent communication and listening skills to help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms that meet their lifestyle and budget.
• Drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch and help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
