As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, guiding customers through their car-buying journey with expertise, professionalism, and a passion for all things Subaru. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales experience and a proven track record, though we’re open to training the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in choosing the perfect Subaru vehicle
  • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable options
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent service
  • Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership’s success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
  • Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
