As an Automotive Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, guiding customers through their car-buying journey with expertise, professionalism, and a passion for all things Subaru. The ideal candidate will have automotive sales experience and a proven track record, though we’re open to training the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in choosing the perfect Subaru vehicle
- Understand customer needs to recommend suitable options
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and excellent service
- Stay up to date on Subaru models, features, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership’s success
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or education is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older, have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
