Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and create customers for life.
  • Aid customers in selecting a vehicle by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Be the go-to expert on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure they refer business to us.
  • Overcome objections and thrive in challenging sales situations.
  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your best self to work each day.

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Ready to learn and master new product knowledge.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
