Job Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients to communicate with about the dealership, available vehicles and other services offered
- Ask probing questions and determine customer needs in order to match their expectations and identify up-sell opportunities
- Educate clients on various makes and models in-house, including direct comparisons and up-selling opportunities
- Accurately discuss pricing for purchasing or leasing new vehicles, maintenance scheduling, and more
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory
- Work with management to establish sales goals for performance related compensation
- Attend staff meetings, training and keep up with product knowledge on a monthly basis
- Be enthusiastic about our dealership and help drive sales through quality interactions
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of automotive sales experience is a plus but not necessary
- Lincoln / Ford-specific experience or knowledge is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about a variety of vehicles
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Driven to close the sale
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record with reliable transportation (required)
Pay
Starting at $70,000 and up
Schedule
5-Day work week! Monday thru Saturday (Closed Sunday) with one day off during the week and one early evening
