Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models.
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful in a commission, performance-based environment.
- High-energy personality with a great attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state where you will work and a good driving record.
