Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquires via phone, email, text, and live chat
- Schedule and manage sales appointments with prospective customers
- MATCH customers with vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
- Stay current on inventory, product features, and automotive technology
- Aid customers with completing sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles and ensure a positive ownership experience
- Track and manage leads and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers who are not yet ready to purchase to generate future opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience required
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Outgoing, confident, and goal-driven personality
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Ability to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
- Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
