Responsibilities Deal Closing: Take over stalled or difficult negotiations from sales reps to secure the sale. Deal Structuring: Calculate payments, assess trade-ins, and align credit profiles with lender guidelines. Objection Handling: Overcome final pricing, financing, or trade-in concerns. F&I Collaboration: Introduce protection products like GAP and service contracts to boost back end profit. Floor Coaching: Train sales consultants on effective techniques during live negotiations. Requirements Experience: 2 to 3 years of direct automotive sales and closing experience. F&I Knowledge: Familiarity with credit analysis, lender approvals, and retail math. Licensing: Valid driver’s license and state vehicle salesperson license. Software: Proficiency with CRM and dealership management systems (DMS).
