Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Manage daily sales floor activity and deal flow
• Work deals and assist with closing business
• Drive sales performance, follow‑up, and accountability
• Support recruiting and training as the team grows
• Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership
• Help deliver a professional, customer‑focused buying experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Automotive Finance (F&I) experience
• Experience with CDK, Dealer Track, E‑Leads, and VinQ preferred
• Proven automotive sales experience with leadership potential
• Strong deal‑working and closing skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, competitive, and results‑driven
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay

$120,000 - $225,000+ per year
