Job Summary
Mark Mazda of Scottsdale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase or lease process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive overall experience. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive base salary plus commission structure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary + commission of $40,000 to $100,000, based on experience and performance

Responsibilities
- Listen to customers' needs and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
- Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives
- Negotiate and finalize sales or lease agreements with customers
- Stay updated on the latest features, options, and incentives offered by Mazda
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
- Sales-driven mentality with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
