Responsibilities
- Master Product Knowledge: Continuously build expertise in both new and pre-owned inventory, including trim levels, optional packages, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Cultivate Trust and Rapport: Build a loyal client base that returns for future purchases and referrals.
- Engage Customers: Use thoughtful questions and active listening to guide customers toward the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle.
- Resolve Concerns: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email.
- Deliver Exceptional Vehicle Presentations: Conduct high-quality, engaging demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle with confidence and clarity.
- Drive Referral Business: Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral opportunities.
- Lead with a Consultative Approach: Navigate objections with poise and persistence, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Support Teammates: Lead by example, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Communicate Regularly: Report to senior management, communicating goals, activities, performance reviews, and strategic insights.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in the automotive industry.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a digital environment.
