Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers via phone, text, video and social media to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Aid customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and financial considerations
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
  • Represent the company professionally both in person and through digital communication channels

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
