Responsibilities
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles and suggest optional equipment.
- Research and consult on vehicle availability and financing options.
- Prepare and present sales paperwork and applications.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's features and paperwork.
- Maintain a prospect development system and stay updated on new products.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as outlined in forecasts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive features and industry trends.
