- Become the go-to vehicle expert by mastering every detail of our new and pre-owned lineup
- Turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients through connection, listening, and personalized service
- Lead customers through the buying journey using consultative selling and solution-focused conversations
- Handle CRM follow-ups, texts, and emails with professionalism and timely communication
- Deliver polished, energetic vehicle demonstrations that highlight value and performance
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up

- Provide key insights and updates to Senior Management to support dealership success
Requirements
