Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Develop new accounts through cold calling, email marketing, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of Audi vehicles to potential customers.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase Audi models and their capabilities.
- Aid customers in selecting the right Audi vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
- Present and negotiate pricing, financing options, and vehicle trade-in values to close sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Audi models, pricing, incentives, and financing programs.
- Build and maintain a customer database for follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including post-sale follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay informed about competitor offerings.
- Attend sales training programs and stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry trends.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of dealership sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
- Passion for vehicles and a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
