Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Develop new accounts through cold calling, email marketing, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of Audi vehicles to potential customers.
  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase Audi models and their capabilities.
  • Aid customers in selecting the right Audi vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Present and negotiate pricing, financing options, and vehicle trade-in values to close sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Audi models, pricing, incentives, and financing programs.
  • Build and maintain a customer database for follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, including post-sale follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay informed about competitor offerings.
  • Attend sales training programs and stay updated on the latest sales techniques and industry trends.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of dealership sales experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high-end brands.
  • Passion for vehicles and a strong understanding of their features and benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
