Responsibilities
- Master every detail of our new and pre-owned vehicle lineup to become the go-to expert.
- Turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients through personalized service and connection.
- Guide customers through the buying journey using consultative selling and solution-focused conversations.
- Handle CRM follow-ups, texts, and emails with professionalism and timely communication.
- Deliver polished, energetic vehicle demonstrations that highlight value and performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, thoughtful follow-up.
- Sharpen objection-handling skills and embrace challenges as growth opportunities.
- Inspire teammates by hitting goals, supporting others, and elevating the sales floor.
- Provide key insights and updates to Senior Management to support dealership success.
- Show up daily with passion, positivity, and a champion’s mindset.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of automotive sales experience with solid industry knowledge.
- Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in both attitude and performance.
- Empathetic listener who builds trust and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
