Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet sales leads with urgency and professionalism.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, text, email, and video to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and video messages to establish trust and personalize the buying experience.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of leads.
- Learn and showcase vehicle features, benefits, and promotions through video demonstrations and virtual consultations.
- Follow Vern Eide's structured digital sales process, ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer interaction.
- Utilize social media, video content, and digital outreach to attract and engage potential buyers.
- Work with customers to finalize sales agreements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, digital sales techniques, and CRM best practices to optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
- Comfortable using video as a communication tool to engage customers.
- Proficient in CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- Highly self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Possess computer literacy.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).

Pay
$3500 plus per month- Commission and Bonuses
Schedule
