Automotive Sales Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, as well as providing them with expert knowledge and exceptional service throughout the sales process. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy helping people find the perfect vehicle, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Aid customers in test driving vehicles, ensuring they are comfortable and confident.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
