Responsibilities
- Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will warmly greet customers as they arrive
- Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist follow up with prospective customers via email and by phone
- Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will gain an in-depth knowledge of a customer’s interests to assist them with their purchase
- Automotive Sales & Leasing Specialist will follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent follow up skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale
Qualifications
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
