Serving Massachusetts & New Hampshire | Flexible Schedule Including Weekends

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships and create customers for life by listening carefully and understanding their needs
  • Become the vehicle expert — master the full Ford and Lincoln lineup including features, packages, and the latest technology
  • Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles tailored to each customer
  • Guide customers confidently through the purchase process from first greeting to final delivery
  • Learn to overcome objections and convert opportunities with professionalism and persistence
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on daily objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews
  • Represent Best Ford with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude every single day

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to maximize your earning potential
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
