About the role
EchoPark Automotive in Cary, NC is hiring full‑time Automotive Sales Consultants, called Experience Guides. The Experience Guide assists guests through the entire purchase process and helps create a fantastic guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and overall guest experience.
- Provide clear, transparent options so guests can make well‑informed decisions.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest—whether purchasing or just browsing—receives an unparalleled experience.
- Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and uphold the company’s “do things the right way” philosophy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated consultative sales experience.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Outgoing, energetic, and passionate attitude.

Pay
Total compensation ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 per year on average, with a guaranteed salary and uncapped earnings potential.
