Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
Requirements
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person who's motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license
