Job Responsibilities
- Aiding customers entering the dealership, addressing their inquiries, and assisting them in selecting a suitable vehicle.
- Maintaining prompt follow-up and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Explaining product features, applications, and benefits to potential buyers and highlighting all available optional equipment.
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs through questioning and active listening.
- Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and building customer loyalty.
- Staying updated on new inventory, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers.
- Introducing customers to the service department to highlight the quality and efficiency of their repair and maintenance services.
- Performing other duties as directed by management.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
- A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
- Prior experience in customer-service or retail sales.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as per local law.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with the company's driving policy.
