Job Responsibilities

  • Aiding customers entering the dealership, addressing their inquiries, and assisting them in selecting a suitable vehicle.
  • Maintaining prompt follow-up and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Explaining product features, applications, and benefits to potential buyers and highlighting all available optional equipment.
  • Determining each customer's vehicle needs through questioning and active listening.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, and building customer loyalty.
  • Staying updated on new inventory, features, accessories, and their benefits for customers.
  • Introducing customers to the service department to highlight the quality and efficiency of their repair and maintenance services.
  • Performing other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • A minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in customer-service or retail sales.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as per local law.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with the company's driving policy.
