Automotive Sales Consultant

Nielsen Automotive RT 15 Used Car Center is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our sales team. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career with strong income potential. Training is provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle
• Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, texts, and showroom customers
• Learn our sales process from start to finish
• Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
• Work with managers and finance to help customers complete their purchase
• Represent Nielsen Automotive with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Willingness to learn and follow a process
• Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Bilingual candidates are a plus.
