Responsibilities

  • Earn customers for life by guiding them through the buying process and finding the perfect vehicle that matches their lifestyle.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and genuine connection.
  • Use advanced CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay sharp by attending training sessions to stay ahead of the curve on new models and features.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of prior automotive sales experience is required, luxury experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hunger to improve constantly and exceed goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Skills

  • Expertise in our product lineup and confident presentation of features, options, and financing solutions.
