Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
  • Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent and friendly follow-up
  • Communicate with potential prospects (web leads, phone leads, store leads)
  • Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Good driving record, per company standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid in-state driver's license

Qualifications

  • Persuasive with a strong drive for results
  • Tolerant of uncertainty
  • Quick to connect and build relationships with others
  • Easygoing and comfortable working with others

Skills

  • Natural ability at building great relationships
  • Natural persuasion ability
  • Ability to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently
