Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
  • Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
  • Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Positive and cooperative demeanor
  • Quick to connect and build relationships with others
  • Persuasive with a strong drive for results
  • Tolerant of uncertainty
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Good at handling details quickly, correctly, and efficiently
  • Manage multiple customer relationships and their respective needs exceptionally well
