Responsibilities
- Lead customers through their sales journey enthusiastically
- Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Communicate with potential prospects via web leads, phone leads, and store leads
- Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Positive and cooperative demeanor
- Quick to connect and build relationships with others
- Persuasive with a strong drive for results
- Tolerant of uncertainty
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Good at handling details quickly, correctly, and efficiently
- Manage multiple customer relationships and their respective needs exceptionally well
