Automotive Sales Consultant

About the role

The Automotive Sales Associate/Product Specialist at INFINITI of Cincinnati is responsible for providing support and guidance to customers during the car purchasing process. This includes answering questions about products and services, assisting in making purchase decisions, and building relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership
• Aid customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Work with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
• Interest in training additional sales associates and working in a team environment
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000 annually
