Automotive Sales Consultant

Position Summary

Hyundai of Gilroy is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to assist customers through the vehicle buying process. The role is suitable for those with a passion for customer service and a desire to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid customers from initial greeting to final delivery
• Understand and recommend appropriate vehicles, features, and financing options
• Present vehicles professionally and conduct test drives
• Follow up with customers via various channels to build long-term relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards
• Maintain accurate customer information and deal documentation
• Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Management teams for a seamless transaction
• Stay updated on Hyundai products, incentives, and dealership promotions
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to enhance CSIs, repeat business, and referrals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
