About the Role
The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality.
Responsibilities
- Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills
- Maintain clean paperwork and missing documents recovery
- Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR
- Support vehicle photography
- Deliver cars to partner hubs as needed
- Support lot organization and merchandising
- Transport cars as needed
- Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in
- Deliver excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Car Sales Experience
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Able to deliver support and results
- Able to succeed in a global matrix organization
- Goal oriented, identify and support business needs
- Valid Sales License Required for the Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
