What You'll do:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Provide information about different vehicle models, features, and pricing.
- Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance.
- Stay up to date on the latest models, trims, and technology.
- Understand financing, leasing, and warranty options.
- Guide customers through the buying process.
- Negotiate pricing and trade-in values.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Work with finance managers, service advisors, and other dealership staff.
- Participate in training and sales meetings.
Keys To Success:
- Effective communication and people skills
- A cheerful outlook and a strong work ethic
- Previous auto sales or customer service experience is a PLUS but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Desire to grow and advance in a supportive team environment.
