About the role

Ed Martin Buick GMC is Indiana's highest-volume and fastest-growing Buick GMC dealership, seeking energetic, driven professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle - Build relationships through exceptional customer service - Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers - Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives - Present financing, protection products, and trade values alongside our management team - Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM - Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews - Continuously improve through daily training and coaching

Requirements

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Excellent communication skills - Competitive mindset - Professional appearance - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Valid driver's license - Sales experience is preferred but not required—we hire attitude and train for success.
