Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Present financing, protection products, and trade values alongside our management team
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews
- Continuously improve through daily training and coaching
