About the role

Diehl Honda is aggressively hiring 2 entry-level Sales Consultants by February 28th, specifically targeting individuals new to automotive sales who want a stable income while learning a high-earning career.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Honda sales process from the ground up
• Aid customers in selecting the right Honda vehicle
• Present features, pricing, and conduct test drives
• Build relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Requirements

• No previous car sales experience — encouraged to apply
• Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or call centers
• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

$4,000/month guaranteed base (~$23/hour at 40 hrs./week)
