Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough demonstrations of vehicles to highlight key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales terms and contracts with customers, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory, ensuring up-to-date information on promotions and incentives.
  • Foster long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to retain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in sales meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for automobiles and staying informed on the latest automotive technology.
  • High level of initiative and motivation with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
