Basil Family Dealerships is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team in Niagara Falls, NY. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers through the car-buying process
• Aid guests in finding the perfect vehicle while supporting team goals
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives
• Educate customers on purchase and financing options
• Stay up to date on current promotions, services, and vehicle inventory
• Accurately complete all required sales documentation
• Maintain a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• A customer-first mindset and desire to learn
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, bartending, or insurance is a big plus
• Automotive sales experience is highly valued, but not required
